The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined trait warranty on any subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Weaknesses due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your machinery. Thus aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are gladly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be useless and void. This is to say that in which case we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is required that you get your machine rectified within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless per-approved by the company or covered by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your property as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge.
