Quality Warranty: We provide confined attribute warranty on any subsystem unless stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Errors by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not at fault for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician supplies a service at your property. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would prefer to know whether the machinery is set to function optimally, or you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our servicing plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to point out if everything is in order or whether an alternative or additional service or spare parts restoration is needed. Regrettably, no repairs or excessive labour function will be done during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We give principal and/or extensive training courses through our warehouse for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, but more advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
