The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

When a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out cost, transport costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would like for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our premises and your premises.Without notice, those costs may differ point by extent, hence attentively seek an answer about call out and traveling costs in advanceIf you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment or want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to function optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. More advanced training can be obtained after the principal course has been finished but first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will thus always be able to check the machinery's guarantee information and service history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any term.
