Quality Warranty: We provide limited feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty components errors are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your product. Service Plan: Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as everyday decrement restoration at a minimum cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any point a technician offers a service at your establishment. Except for when confirmed by management or concealed by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machine is adjusted to function optically. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to point out if everything is normal or if an alternative or further service or spare restoration is needed. Bookings should be made for repairs or intense labour operate to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be practised during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the primary course has been passed.
