Quality Warranty: We provide restricted quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated otherwise. Shortages as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. General depletion restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as common cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, it is necessary that you get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested lest the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Touring costs to your place as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to know if the machine is fitted to work optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the experts we supply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is in order or whether an different or other servicing or spares replacement is needed. During preservation visits no adjustments or excessive labour operate will be practised and reservations should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.
