The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated differently. Defects due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not accountable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be null and not viable. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
