The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality guarantee on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our responsibility. Therefore aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. The covered service plan consists of standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not fixed in the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and travel costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and servicing. Maximum comfort are secured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
