The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded trait guarantee on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon request.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Reviewing and calibration, common cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified in every six month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your place, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential.
