The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited attribute guarantee on each subsystem except stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. The attribute warranty covers defects as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a routine service. Common decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period or else your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any point a technician provides a service at your place. Except for when approved by managers or included by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including traveling costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. The prevailing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our premises and your property, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those fees may differ time by time without notice, so generously inquire about call out including transport costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is set to function optically. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to provide you with information on if an back-up or further assistance or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings should be made for improvements or intense labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.We give fundamental and/or full training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machine investment, however more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will for this reason constantly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our database or offline - in any form and at any time. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and assistance. Maximal benefit are insured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
