The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined quality warranty on any subsystem unless stated any other way, and on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment defects are covered by the characteristic warranty. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The included service plan consists of general cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and void if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you should get your machine improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a specialist provides a service at your establishment. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse as well as your premises, should you choose for us to come to you.Those costs may differ extent by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand.Whether you would prefer to find out if the machine is adjusted to function optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our servicing plan is here for you. We will not charge any fees for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an alternative or other servicing or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or excessive labour operate will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience.We provide principal and/or comprehensive training courses at our training centre for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, although more promoted training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Accordingly your machinery's warranty information and maintenance history will always be able to be reviewed in any form and at any term on our database or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and service. Supreme convenience are secured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
