The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only supply confined characteristic guarantee if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including defective components defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of common cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is improved in the equal of double that period, should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you should get your machine rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. You will thus always be able to check the machine's warranty information and assistance history on our site or while logged off - in any form and at any moment.
