Quality Warranty: We give restricted characteristic warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the whole machinery. The attribute guarantee covers defects as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We aren't accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be promptly available upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain needs a routine service. Standard depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except for when accepted by the company or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your property and settlement if crucial, are on your account. The specialists essential plans to be carried out to get picked up as well as sent back, are preferred to be made by you. R 9.95/km is the existing rate increased by the driving distance between your establishment and our place, should you choose for us to travel to you.Those charges may differ point by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out including travel costs beforehand. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is set to operate optimally. No fees will apply for the experts we supply. Our technician will be able to advise if everything is in order or if an different or other service or spares restoration is needed. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or hard labour operate to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or overall training courses are offered via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the primary course has been passed but first basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. Accordingly your machinery's assurance data and servicing history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any way and at any term on our webpage or while logged off. We honour our machinery's guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximal benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the quotation above relates to our brand new model, the focus points, specs and accessories are suited thereto. Our sales consultants can be called relating to any inquiries of the period model recited. Based on minor achievement or lower composition, you will be designated to collect a 5% allowance on older models, in which case we don't have the advanced model vacant. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto.
