The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only provide restricted quality warranty unless stated any other way. Shortages by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforestated. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on request.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. Basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as standard cleaning are concealed within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
When a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as transport costs to your premises, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial.
