The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted quality guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem unless stated differently. Shortages by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Analyzing and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as everyday depletion replacement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. It is crucial that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. This is to say that in which case we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machine serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest arranged by managers or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Transport costs to your property and settlement if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. The technicians required arrangements to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. The current rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office as well as your place, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those costs may change extent by instant without notice, so generously enquire about call out and touring costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the appliance is set to function optimally.
