The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and any subsystem, we only supply limited attribute warranty lest stated differently. Errors due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Therefore aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily accessible on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as common decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or approved by the the company. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Along with the call-out cost, touring costs to your establishment as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your premises and our workshop, should you desire for us to come to you.Beneficially inquire about call out including touring costs in advance as those charges may differ instant by extent without notice.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or would like to find out if the machine is fitted to work optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or further maintenance or spare replacement is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations have to be made for improvements or intense labour work to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.Principal and/or full training courses are provided through our training facility for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, although more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty info and service history on our webpage or while logged off - in any way and at any instant. We honour our machines assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This protects your supreme advantage on both the reselling and service of your machines.
