The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained quality warranty on the whole machinery, including any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our fault. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. Everyday ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. It is vital that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is necessary that you get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician supplies a service at your property. Except when confirmed by the company or concealed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Touring costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
