The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Weaknesses due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are readily accessible.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. Everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. A Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist offers a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you. R 9.95/km is the current rate increased by the traveling distance between your establishment and our workshop, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those charges may differ point by point, consequently attentively enquire about call out and transport costs ahead of timeIf you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or would like to know if the machine is adjusted to work optically, our service plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the technician we supply. More improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been accomplished however first basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machine's assurance information and servicing history on our website or offline - in any manner and at any time. Our machinery's assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your ultimate benefit on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
