The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic warranty lest stated any other way. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our responsibility. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Checking and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each time a specialist provides a service at your property. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the the company. At the point of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your premises including settlement if necessary, are on your account. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. Check for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any term, check the machinery's assurance report and service history on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. This secures your maximum benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
Seeing that the quotation above concerns our brand new model, the features, specs and additions are applicable thereto. For any questions in regarding to the period model recited, you can call our sales representatives.
