The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, as well as any subsystem, we only supply confined characteristic warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components defects are covered by the attribute guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our constraint. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily available upon request.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. The included service plan contains basic cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your premises and accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The experts crucial preparations to be done to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing amount amplified by the traveling distance between your establishment and our workshop, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those fees may change extent by instant without notice, so kindly enquire about call out including travel costs in advance.Whether you would choose to know whether the machine is fitted to work optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our servicing plan is here for you. We will not charge any fees for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our experts if an alternative or other assistance or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits.We supply basic and/or overall training courses via our training centre for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. Check for this reason you will always be able to,in any style and at any instant, review the machinery's guarantee information and maintenance history on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and servicing. This secures your maximum advantage on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
The above quotation pertains to our brand new model, therefore the features, details and attachments are applicable thereto. For any questions relating to the period model quoted, you can contact our sales representatives. In the situation that we don't have the advanced model obtainable, you would be designated to obtain up to 5% remission on the previous model, based on minor execution or lesser method.
