The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, as well as each subsystem, we only supply restricted trait warranty unless stated otherwise. Shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be promptly available upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your property. Except when arranged by managers or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary.
