Quality Warranty: We supply restricted attribute guarantee on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as defective components defects are covered by the characteristic warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Thus aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of common cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and void if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equal of double that period. This is to say, you should get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or arranged by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including transport costs to your property, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing rate increased by the driving distance between your property and our place, should you desire for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may vary extent by instant, hence generously inquire about call out and transport costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you just would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to know if the machinery is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or further assistance or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or intense labour work to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or complete training courses are offered via our premises for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is combined in your investment, although more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Therefore your machines warranty information and servicing history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any form and at any instant on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. This protects your maximal convenience on both the selling and assistance of your machines. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
