The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited trait warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, and on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable equipment errors are covered by the feature guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our fault. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equal of double that period. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Settlement including traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We choose that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the ongoing amount multiplied by the driving distance between your premises and our premises, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may vary extent by instant without notice, so attentively inquire about call out and touring costs beforehand.If you just want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or would like to find out if the machine is set to function optically, our service plan is suited for you. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machine purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been accomplished.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will therefore regularly be able to check the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any time. We honour our machines assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This secures your maximum benefit on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
