The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic warranty if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty components defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. The enclosed service plan contains everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equal of double that period. Check therefore you will regularly be able to,in any form and at any instant, check the machinery's assurance information and maintenance history on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and maintenance. This insures your maximal benefit on both the selling and service of your machines.
