Quality Warranty: For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic guarantee if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Thus aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be readily vacant upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase needs a routine service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is offered at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement and traveling costs to your place, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would prefer to know whether the machinery is set to operate optically, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on whether an different or additional service or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Regrettably, no repairs or intense labour work will be practised during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.
