The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem, we only provide confined characteristic guarantee if not stated differently. Weaknesses as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a regular service. The covered service plan encloses general cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Unless approved by managers or enclosed by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians essential arrangements to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office including your place.Those costs may differ point by extent without notice, so attentively inquire about call out and travel costs in advance.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optically. There is no cost for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to advise if everything is normal or whether an back-up or other assistance or spare replacement is needed. Sadly, no adjustments or intense labour function will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Our training centre offers fundamental and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment, however more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will thus always be able to check the machinery's assurance info and service history on our website or while disconnected - in any form and at any instant. We value our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. Maximum convenience are protected on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
