The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. For the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only offer restricted feature warranty unless stated otherwise. Defects due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our fault. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately available.The machinery you are going to buy compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any extent a specialist offers a service at your premises. We honour our machines assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This insures your supreme comfort on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
