The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

For the whole machinery, as well as any subsystem, we only provide bounded characteristic guarantee except stated differently. Defects as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on demand.
The machinery you are going to purchase compels a routine service. The covered service plan encloses general cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equal of double that period. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Review therefore you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any moment, check the machinery's assurance data and assistance history on our site or while logged off. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximal advantage are secured on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
