The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

Defects as a result of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Quotations are immediately vacant on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as general cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to any extent a specialist offers a service at your premises. Unless arranged by the company or covered by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation. costs to your premises including settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
