Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

The technicians necessary arrangements to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be done by you. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or if an alternative or other servicing or spares reinstatement is needed. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour work will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our training facility offers primary and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first primary entry courses is included in your purchase, but more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been accomplished.A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines.
