The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded trait warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem lest stated differently. Errors due to defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Thus aforementioned cannot be covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on inquiry.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. General ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are included in the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. This is to say, you must get your machine serviced within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out cost, traveling costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your property, should you choose for us to go to you.Generously enquire about call out as well as travel costs beforehand as those costs may vary instant by extent without notice.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or want to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our service plan is here for you.
