However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide confined quality guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. For this reason aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. General ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is required that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. This is to say, you should get your machine rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Unless accepted by management or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be made by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our place as well as your establishment.Those charges may change point by extent without notice, so attentively enquire about call out including travel costs ahead of time.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machine is set to work optically.
