The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted feature guarantee on the whole machinery, including each subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment shortages are covered by the trait warranty. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. General wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified within the equal of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machine rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Except when confirmed by management or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your place including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the current percentage amplified by the traveling distance between your premises including our place, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those charges may change time by point without notice, so generously enquire about call out and travel costs in advance.Our service plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the appliance is set to operate optimally. There is no fees for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to point out if everything is normal or whether an back-up or additional servicing or service parts replacement is needed. During preservation visits no reconstruction or hard labour work will be completed and reservations can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Our warehouse offers principal and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, however more promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Review accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machines guarantee data and service history on our database or offline. By using the barcode we value our machines guarantee and assistance. This insures your supreme comfort on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
