The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply limited quality guarantee on each subsystem except stated any other way, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components weaknesses are covered by the quality guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our fault. Accordingly aforesaid cannot be covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service. Reviewing and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. It is required that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every three months, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a technician offers a service at your premises. Except for when per-approved by managers or concealed by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accommodation including transport costs to your property, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. The technicians required preparations to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. If you would wish for us to go to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your establishment.Beneficially inquire about call out and traveling costs ahead of time as those costs may change extent by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the machine is fitted to function optimally. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide.
