The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only supply bounded attribute warranty if not stated differently. Shortages by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon appeal, quotations are readily vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and void. Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or accepted by the management. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your place as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account.
