We provide limited attribute warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Defects by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We aren't liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon appeal.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as common cleaning are included in the service plan. It is required that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays. costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost.
