The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only supply constrained feature guarantee except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforestated. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are readily available.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Common depletion restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equal of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you have to get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician supplies a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our workshop and your premises.Those charges may differ instant by instant without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out and traveling costs beforehand.If you would prefer to know whether the machinery is fitted to function optimally, or you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is normal or whether an alternative or additional assistance or spares replacement is needed. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or intense labour work to be done at your/our quickest availability as no improvements or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits.We give primary and/or overall training courses through our warehouse for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your investment, however more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been accomplished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to check the machinery's guarantee info and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any way and at any moment.
