Quality Warranty: For the entire machine, as well as each subsystem, we only supply limited trait guarantee except stated differently. Errors by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our constraint. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician supplies a service at your property. A call-out fee will be required except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or accepted by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if essential, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to find out if the machine is set to work optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or additional assistance or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings should be made for repairs or intense labour operate to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We supply primary and/or overall training courses via our warehouse for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your investment, although more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
