Quality Warranty: We offer limited attribute guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated differently. The trait guarantee covers defects by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. For this reason aforementioned will not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The enclosed service plan contains standard cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. It is required that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machinery in the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by managers or covered by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, touring costs to your place as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be done by you. The existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our place as well as your property, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those charges may change point by time without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out and traveling costs in advance. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machinery is set to function optically. We will not charge any fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an back-up or other service or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Sadly, no adjustments or hard labour function will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or complete training courses are offered via our training centre for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Thus your machinery's assurance information and maintenance history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any way and at any instant on our site or while logged off. Our machinery's assurance and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme benefit on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
