Quality Warranty: For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only supply bounded attribute guarantee lest stated any other way. Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Checking and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as common decrement replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is crucial that your machinery is rectified within the equal of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each point a technician offers a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would like to know whether the appliance is fitted to work optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our assistance plan is perfect for you. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to advise whether everything is in order or if an alternative or further service or service parts restoration is needed. Reservations must be made for adjustments or hard labour work to be done at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We supply primary and/or full training courses via our training centre for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, although more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
