The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer bounded trait warranty on each subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components errors are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your product. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. The included service plan encloses common cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each and every time instant a technician offers a service at your premises. Except when arranged by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.In addition to the call-out charge, traveling costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. You will therefore evermore be able to check the machine's warranty report and service history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and servicing. This protects your maximum convenience on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
The above quotation relates to our newest model, therefore the features, specs and additions are suitable thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales clerk as to the age model quoted. In the case that we do not have the recent model available, you shall be entitled to obtain up to 5% remission on the prior model, depending on lower performance or lesser method.
