This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

The characteristic warranty covers defects by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Checking and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not improved in the equal of dual that period. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed however first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's guarantee data and assistance history on our site or while logged off - in any way and at any term. Our machinery's assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal benefit are protected on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
