The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only provide bounded feature warranty unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment shortages are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our fault. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.The machinery you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, checking and calibration as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, it is vital that you get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested lest the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your property including settlement if crucial, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. Thus your machinery's warranty information and assistance history will always be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any term on our webpage or while disconnected. Our machines assurance and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum benefit on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
