The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted quality warranty on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Defects by cause of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. The enclosed service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician offers a service at your property. Unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Transport costs to your premises as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
