The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only provide limited quality warranty except stated differently. Defects as a result of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly accessible on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Reviewing and calibration, general cleaning , as well as common decrement restoration at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
