The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited characteristic guarantee on the entire machine, and each subsystem lest stated any other way. Weaknesses due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held responsible for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on demand.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. Investigation and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you must get your machine rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is offered at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation including transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would like for us to go to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our warehouse and your place.Those fees may change point by instant without notice, so generously inquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand.Whether you would prefer to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, or you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No costs will be assigned for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or other assistance or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no improvements or hard labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability.Primary and/or extensive training courses are held at our warehouse for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machine purchase, but more advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a individual barcode is sold. Therefore your machinery's assurance data and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any term on our webpage or offline. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum comfort are ensured on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
The tender above pertains to our brand new model, and as such the features, specifications including attachments are applicable thereto.
