It is compulsory that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and void. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless arranged by management or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, transport costs to your establishment and accommodation if required, are on your account. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you.
