The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only provide constrained attribute guarantee unless stated any other way. Shortages by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on request.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. Analyzing and calibration, general cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time instant a specialist supplies a service at your premises. Lest accepted by the company or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing percentage increased by the driving distance between your place including our workshop, should you choose for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may differ time by point, hence kindly inquire about call out and transport costs ahead of timeOur service plan is perfect for you if you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optimally. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with advice on whether an alternative or further assistance or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no adjustments or intense labour work will be practised during a maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience.We supply principal and/or comprehensive training courses at our warehouse for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved nevertheless first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Accordingly your machines warranty data and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our webpage or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's warranty and maintenance. This protects your supreme comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
