The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined feature guarantee on the entire machine, along with any subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't at fault for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. For this reason aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on demand.The machinery you are going to obtain needs a regular service. Investigation and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account.
