Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only supply constrained feature guarantee except stated differently. Common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as basic cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist provides a service at your place. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your place including settlement if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We will not require any fees for the technician we supply.
