The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined feature guarantee on the entire machinery, including each subsystem lest stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unfit components shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily accessible on demand.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. General decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you must get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. You will therefore evermore be able to check the machine's guarantee information and servicing history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any way and at any term.
